How is a notebook different from a laptop?

There is a big difference in a laptop and a notebook especially in terms of its physical appearance. Here are some of there differences.
  • Laptop is much thicker than notebook.
  • Notebook can fit in a briefcase while laptop cannot.
  • Notebook does not include CD-ROM or floppy diskette drive to be lighter.
  • Laptop has a bigger screen and keyboards than notebook.
  • Laptop usually weighs 1-3 kilograms and notebook weighs just around 1 kilogram.
